Job Description

Answer incoming calls, transfer calls as needed, take and deliver messages. 

Assist and direct visitors in the office. 

Open and process daily mail/overnight deliveries, and ship packages/parcels as needed. 

Order and maintain office supplies. 

Operate and coordinate office equipment repairs. 

Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, as appropriate. 

Filing and maintaining office files, including but not limited to personnel files, general office files and consumer charts. 

Receive, review, and submit billing logs including but not limited to RSS, SHL, foster care, and Day Hab logs. 

Correct and submit re-open billing logs. 

Review and organize purchase card and gas card receipts. 

Print monthly documents from the Back Office Web (Including but not limited to Fire Drills, Facility Review Checklists, and Vehicle Maintenance Data Sheets). 

Must maintain confidentiality. 

Must have the ability to deal tactfully with others, to exercise good judgment, to understand and follow written and oral instructions, and to express ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, in English. 

Must be able to follow oral and written direction. 

Must be able to adjust in changing priorities and the various details of the job. 

Must maintain a punctual and good attendance record
