Job Description

Leave Management 

  • This role is also responsible for all facets of leave of absence administration & ADA including FMLA, Personal Leave, Military, etc. This position works with branch leaders, HR Managers and the employee on coordination of all company leaves
  • Works closely with HR Managers, Operations, and their employees to deliver a superior experience during the leave administration process
  • Consults with and advises employees on company policies, federal and state laws and regulations
  • Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the data within UltiPro and other systems used for Leave Tracking
  • Completes reports and other projects and special assignments related to leave administration


  • Works with field management, HR team and HRIS to administer pay programs.
  • Applies working knowledge of compensation, related human resources processes, and system of record functionality to support customers across the organization. 
  • Work with HR Managers and HR Director on a variety of projects including program analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new compensation programs.
  • Supports the administration and communication of annual compensation programs including salary planning, merit increases and short-term incentive plans.
  • Provides compensation analysis and data management support for special projects including acquisitions and divestitures, large reorganizations, job leveling, job hierarchies, internal and external audits, new government-mandated changes, etc.
  • Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work with HR to educate managers.
  • Work with HRIS to ensure that the Ultimate Software system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
  • Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.
  • Completes compensation analysis as needed per new position or regional realignment needs.
  • Designs and completes weekly/monthly/executive reporting as outlined.
  • Assist HR Managers and Director with compensation related issues.

HRIS/Human Resources 

  • Full cycle recruiting, including pre-employment process and onboarding, and new hire orientation sessions for Austin Corporate office
  • Support the HR Managers in conducting a needs assessment, developing curriculum and conducting training sessions on various Human Resources-related topics
  • Participate in Human Resources initiatives including job fairs, software implementation, open enrollment, and benefit health fairs
  • Provide first line and backup support and duties of the HRIS Analyst
